APPLETON, Wis. (Nov. 30, 2016) – Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology (FVHO), northeast Wisconsin’s cancer care specialists, will host a survivorship support group, led by Dr. Elizabeth Kimbrough, for anyone affected by cancer on Thursday, Dec. 8 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Dr. Kimbrough will lead a discussion on rebuilding the community.
The December survivorship support group meeting will take place at FVHO’s neighbor, Orthopedic Sports Institute of the Fox Valley located at 2105 E. Enterprise Ave., Appleton, Wisconsin, in hopes to connect, uplift and rebuild those who have been affected by cancer.
Kimbrough is board-certified in internal medicine and integrative medicine. She specializes in alternative treatments, such as acupuncture, to help those dealing with stress, anxiety and pain issues in conjunction with their cancer treatments.
