Qigong is the art of using breath, gentle movement, mindfulness and meditation to cultivate one’s own energy.  Slow, regulated movements are guided in a smooth flow to correct disruptions in the body. Qigong improves cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions.  ​

Qigong can help you:

  • Experience a moving meditation safe for every age and physical ability​
  • Reduce pain by reducing stress in the body​
  • Learn to use slow regulated movements to guide the body​
  • Balance energy in the body instead of taxing energy; effective during and post-cancer treatment
