Hours
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The office is closed on weekends and holidays.
You may reach us by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling our office number.
When the office is closed, you will reach our answering service, which will contact the physician on call. That physician will return your call. Non-urgent calls can best be handled during office hours when we have your chart in front of us.
Telephone Calls
Telephone calls will be answered by the receptionist and routed to the appropriate staff person. Most often, your questions can be answered by our business or nursing staff.
Medical questions will be taken by a nurse who will relay them to the physician and then will call you back.
Every effort will be made to return your call promptly. Messages are prioritized and calls returned as time permits. Calling us several times with the same message, only reduces our efficiency. We will stay after office hours to return calls if necessary.
