Billing Services
An estimate of the charge for any service will be given when requested and we encourage you to ask. We accept most major credit cards. You will receive a copy of our financial policy at your first visit. Any questions or concerns regarding billing and insurance are best answered by our business office staff.
Our business office will submit primary and secondary insurance claims for you subject to your having given us current information prior to the service being provided. Our physicians participate in the Medicare program (accept assignment). They are also specialty providers for most insurance companies. Patients are required to show a photo id and their insurance card at the time of each service.
